MadeInTYO signs off on past w/Sincerely, Tyo, talks unreleased Mac Miller + hoppin on Grime w/Skepta with Sarah Harrison

MadeInTYO signs off on past chapters with debut Sincerely, TokyoThird time linking up with MadeinTYO, fittingly inside Japanese bred Nobu Hotel, and this time upon the release of his bumping debut album Sincerely, Tokyo. With a discography heavily credited to producer K Swisha, he speaks of their come up and winning moments. He spills the beans on some of the sickest collabs that didn’t make the final album master, including Big Sean, A$AP Rocky, Kali Uchis and most unfortunately Mac Miller whom he shares some fond personal and professional memories with.

TYO is no stranger to the UK music scene, having exchanged music with the likes of Novelist and Smoke Boys (then known as Section Boyz), but one person he’s due to make a banger with, and unconventional one at that, is Skepta.

Sarah Harrison In The Trap with The Internet

I recently sat with Grammy nominated collective The Internet to discuss their tour set-list adapted to include their solo material, the individual creative process behind each one and the lack of competition between each member.

They express their goals to write for other artists following from their previous collaborations with the likes of 6lack, James Fauntleroy and most recently Kendrick Lamar, and even composing movie scores. Listen to the full interview to hear of their hidden talents and what new music is on the way!
