#CareFreeBlackGirl, LLC Gears Up For 2nd Annual Interactive #CFBG Festival ATL 5/12

Food. Games. Melanin! Join CareFree Black Girl, LLC for their second annual #CareFreeBlackGirl Festival and Picnic taking place May 12th, 2018 as women, men, boys, and girls gather to celebrate girls and women of color. Taking place at Cleopas R. Johnson Park near the Atlantic University Center from 1 to 7 pm, expect to be around nothing but positive energy and great vibes. Enjoy the cookout and picnic as we embrace women empowerment, indulge in food-ways, arts and crafts, women-led performances and DJ sets, and health & wellness activities like meditation, yoga, and aerobics instructed by Tamica Sheree.

With 500+ expected attendees, this activation will be festival-style with vendor booths and interactive activities available. Enjoy a host of vendor tables and food trucks at our field day inspired festival with games like kickball, jump rope, hot potato, red light/green light, and more. With free food, prize giveaways, glam bars (hair, nails, braids, etc.), art, and engaging performances, you’re sure to have an undeniably great time.
